Car Insurance Survey

By participating in this AXA Rewards Car Insurance Survey (“Survey”),you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions stated herein.

The first 25 Members with all 10 correct answers will be selected as the weekly winners.

Eligibility

1. The Survey is open to all AXA Rewards’ Level 2 members residing in Malaysia including Malaysian, Malaysian Permanent Resident, or holder of a valid working permit, dependent pass, except the employees of AXA Group of companies and their associates, affiliates, or subsidiaries, including their immediate family members, intermediaries, agents or anyone connected or involved in the administration of this Survey.  
2. All Members must be aged eighteen (18) years and above. Members may be required to prove their eligibility when entering this Survey.
3. AXA reserves the right to exclude and/or disqualify any participant and/or submissions it deems inappropriate or non-compliant or suspected of tampering with the Survey submission, without prior notice or reason given.

Each winner will receive RM15 Touch n Go eWallet Credit. All prizes shall be sent through direct credit into winners’ Touch ‘n Go eWallet account which will be requested after internal validation process has been completed.
