   Here is how you can submit a car insurance claim with AXA e-Claim for minor damages (below RM5,000):

   i) WhatsApp a recorded video of your car damages to +603 2170 8282.
   ii) When notified, our Customer Service will give an update within 1 business day.
   iii) Once claim is approved and claim payment transferred to your bank account, you can bring your car to the workshop of your choice
   iv) Receive your claim payment within 5 business days to help you start repairing your car quicker.

2. Submitting a travel insurance and personal accident claim
   
   And these are the steps for you to make a claim for travel insurance and/or personal accident:
   
   i) Send all necessary information and supporting documents to us via AXA website
   ii) Upon receiving all documents, we will provide the claim decision within 5 business days.
   iii) You will receive your claim payment within 3 business days when claim is approved.
   iv) Claims for complex cases may take longer to process but we will keep you informed of your claim progress.
